Method of use of Jovees Rose Skin Toner
Clean face preferably with Jovees Strawberry Face Wash or Jovees Tea Tree Face Wash & pat dry. Pour a few drops of Rose Skin Toner on cotton balls and dab on the face & neck. Use twice daily.
