Lauha Bhasma 48 mg
Swarna Makshik Bhasma each 6mg

Kateli Ras, Adrak Ras, Milk, Mulethi Kadha.
Active Ingrdients
Purified Mercury, Sulphur, Swarna Bhasma, Abhrak Bhasma, Lauh Bhasma, Swarna Makshik Bhasma and Moti Bhasma.
Maceration drug
Goat Milk, the juice of solanum Xanthocarpum and Zingibar and the decoction of glycynhizra glabora.
Pharmacological Action
Alterative, Tonic & antispasmodic, indicated in chronic cough, with fever and general debility etc.
How to treat chronic cough using Swas Chintamani Ras
Dosage
1 tab. with the powder of Terminalia be erica (Bahera) 500mg & honey.
Diet
Avoid Constipation - Emesis Sudaation, old wheat, rice, milk, ghee, meat juice, Moong-Arhar dal, Paraval, Kerela, Bathua, Chukandar etc. Take food before sun set. Not to take heavy food, cold water, raw sugar, oil, chilli horse been, rough food etc.
