Do's

Eat bitter vegetables like bitter gourd, methi, drumstick etc.

Therapeutic Rationale: 

Arthrella ointment is a potent topical anti-inflammatory, analgesic and counter-irritant.Camphora officinarum, Mentha piperata, Gaultheria fragrantissima and Capsicum annum, the ingredients of ARTHRELLA ointment are counter-irritants and help relieve pain immediately. Nyctanthes arbor-tristis, Oroxylum indicum, Withania somnifera, Curcuma amada, Vitex negundo are analgesic, anti-inflammatory medicines. Purified Strychnos nux vomica and Hyoscyamus niger are sedative and analgesic in action. Caesalpinia bonducella has antipyretic and antinociceptive properties. The counter-irritants in ARTHRELLA ointment also help the absorption of the anti-inflammatory ingredients through the skin. Thus Arthrella ointment relieves pain immediately, reduces inflammation rapidly and restores mobility instantly.
